Hallo Buurtvervoer is a scheduling system for taxi rides. The system is primarily used by volunteer organizations that drive short trips so that everyone in the neighborhood can remain mobile. The challenge was to adapt an existing planning system that is very attached to the current system. The branding needed to be friendly and not overwhelming so that the elderly target audience could understand clearly

The video below explains in 45 seconds what Hallo Buurtvervoer is. The video was used for a pitch in a competition. The video was made in two working days since it was a very short notice to get the video uploaded for the pitch. The elements that are used are from previous design for Buurtvervoer like the website and flyers. The transitions and animations are kept simple to save time but keep a great result for the client.

The planning system of Groene app is the part I worked on fully, from client request to implementation. The client request for a planning system arose because they wanted to discontinue the use of Calendly and switch to an internal planning system for their energy coaches. The planning system had to be workable for the Municipality of Rivierenland, which connects multiple municipalities. The planning system must accurately display the availability of internal and external energy coaches so that the planning department can schedule appointments for residents. The planning system also utilizes standard service desks that residents can visit. The planning system consists of an environment for the municipality's planners and a web app for the energy coaches, where they can document reports of their visits and view their personal schedule.

The Hallo Buurtvervoer website is used to inform prospective customers about the system and the steps required to get started. It also explains the system's core values so that customers know what the system stands for and can relate their own norms and values to them. The website uses clear sections so that the user is not overwhelmed with information. The sections build upon the why, what, and how of the system.
